Overview

Garden Homes Park is an 11 acre neighborhood park located in the northwest corner of the city, just east of N. Maple Road and south of M-14. View the Ann Arbor Parks and Nature Areas map for location context. The park is just over 11 acres in size and is nicely wooded with open lawn areas for various activities. A playground is on the north end of the park, next to rolling grass fields and close to paved paths that wind through wooded and wet nature areas. This playground features an accessible swing. The paths wind their way over 3,000 feet with two small asphalt plazas with lighting and benches, connecting the park to other parts of the neighborhood. A rain garden along Miller Avenue, south of the main park area, is part of the park as well.
