 2010 March Board of Review 

 

The March Board or Review will be held at the Guy C. Larcom Municipal Building (City Hall), 100 N. Fifth Ave., Ann Arbor, MI 48104.  Due to the construction of the Police and Court Building, there is minimal metered parking around City Hall.  Ample parking can be found at the parking deck on Ann St.  between Main and Ashley located just two blocks west of City Hall.  Please allow additional time for your appeal appointment to locate parking.  The temporary entrance to City Hall is on the north side of the building off Ann Street.  Please contact the Assessor's Office for information about these meetings.   

The 2010 March Board of Review is scheduled to meet beginning March 15, 2010.  The schedule is as follows: 

 Monday, March 15 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon 
  1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
 Tuesday, March 16 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
  1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
 Wednesday, March 17 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Thursday, March 18 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

 

Residents should appeal in person or send an authorized agent.  If you are unable to appear in person, you may submit a written appeal (Note: Anyone acting as an agent, in person or on a written appeal, should have written authorization for the current year from the property owner).  Written appeals must be originals, FAXES are NOT acceptable.  All written appeals should be in the assessment office by March 12, 2010 if possible, but must be in the office by 12:00 noon on March 18, 2010.

APPOINTMENTS ARE TYPICALLY 6 MINUTES IN LENGTH.  MULTIPLE PROPERTIES SHOULD BE SCHEDULED AS FOLLOWS:

 

 1-2 PROPERTIES, 6 MINUTES

 3 OR MORE PROPERTIES, 12 MINUTES
