 Washtenaw Ave Non-Motorized Path

Public Meeting

A Public Meeting to discuss the proposed Washtenaw Avenue Non-Motorized Path will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2008, in the Media Center of Tappan Middle School at 2251 E. Stadium Blvd, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

At this meeting we will discuss the addition of a ten-foot wide non-motorized path along Washtenaw Avenue from Glenwood Rd. to Tuomy Rd.  This path will enable safe and comfortable non-motorized access along this busy arterial roadway by walkers and bicyclists.

At this meeting, we will present a timeline for the design of the project, a preliminary construction schedule, a cost estimate and a potential assessment to the properties with frontage on Washtenaw Avenue.

If you have any questions or are unable to attend this meeting, please do not hesitate to contact me by phone at (734) 994-6081 or by e-mail at awarrow@a2gov.org
