Buhr Pool & Ice Arena

About the Facility

Buhr Park Outdoor Ice Arena and Pool is a year-round destination for fun and recreation! When the temperatures drop, Buhr Park transforms into a winter wonderland with our covered, open-air regulation-size ice rink. Whether you're there to observe or taking a break from skating, our outdoor heaters provide a cozy spot to warm up and enjoy the winter season.

During the summer, our 25-yard pool offers plenty of space for both recreational swimming and dedicated lap lanes for fitness swimmers. The pool also features a 12-foot deep diving well, available for use by swimmers who pass the deep-end test (required for those under 12). There are locker rooms onsite to use along with picnic tables, and lounge chairs—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Season Information

The ice arena season will run from Monday, Nov.10 (weather permitting) through Sunday, March 22, weather dependent. Check the website for any closures or updates to the schedule.

The ice arena will close early on Dec. 31 for New Years Eve and will be closed Jan. 1 2026 for New Years Day
