The communications office also operates
CTN, one of the oldest access television operations in the country. Funded from cable franchise fees, CTN offers Ann Arbor residences and non-profit organizations free multimedia resources and video training opportunities. CTN's local government, educational and public access programming is available online via
CTN's YouTube Channel and via AT&T Comcast cable.
