In January 2007, residents were asked to provide opinions on city services, characteristics and their quality of life in Ann Arbor. The National Citizen Survey™, conducted by the National Research Center, was sent to 3,000 Ann Arbor residents.
The response was positive, with Ann Arbor earning a 75 for overall quality of life (on a 100-point scale). Constructive challenges were also identified. The City of Ann Arbor thanks the residents who participated in the survey for their time and valued feedback.
