Inspections: To request an inspection for all construction activity call (734) 994-2675 a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Inspections will be scheduled according to the inspectors' availability.
Inspection results can be viewed on-line. Please keep in mind that these results are not intended to be a "real time" substitute for results left on-site by your inspector. To see results for a particular permit, please click on the link below, scroll down to "Permit Search" and enter your permit number. This is only valid for those permits beginning with "PB", "PE", "PG", "PM", "PRW", "PSO", "PS", "PSP", and "PZ". We're sorry but Housing Inspection (rental property) information is not available on-line.

Inspection Hours: Construction inspections take place Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Construction inspectors will be available in the office from 3:00-4:00 PM daily.
