Permits cannot be issued until they are paid for. For your convenience, MasterCard, VISA, checks, money orders and cash are all accepted.
**Beginning, Monday January 7, 2008, applicants for building permits must pay the Plan Review Fee upon submittal of the building permit application. Previously, this fee was due, along with the building permit fee, when the permit was picked up.
Permit applicaitons that are submitted without this fee, will not be reviewed until this fee is paid. This rule does not apply to all applications submitted prior to this date.
