Master Plan Revisions Committee

During the course of FY 2003 work program discussions, Commission decided to create this new committee to assist staff with work associated with complying with new state mandates concerning the City Master Plan.

Lipson and Potts

Ordinance Revisions Committee

The primary responsibilities of this committee are to identify needed ordinance revisions and to work with Planning staff and citizen committees to create and amend City ordinances.

Status:   Active

CPC/DDA Partnership Committee

This committee was created by Commission resolution in May 1998 to work with the DDA and its appropriate committees to ensure that longer-term planning viewpoints are considered early in the process of replacing parking structures and siting new structures.

Status:   Inactive

The following committees are not Planning Commission committees per se, but may have one or more Planning Commissioners as members.

Capital Improvements Review Subcommittee

The purpose of this committee is to review the projects that are included in the Capital Improvements Plan, and to prioritize them. This committee is the driving force behind the refinement of the capital improvements process.

Meeting Frequency:  Approximately monthly, May-August; more often, September-October

Housing Policy Board/CPC Affordable Housing Committee #4

This is a subcommittee of the Housing Policy Board, to be jointly chaired by a Housing Policy Board and Planning Commission member, which will work to implement, at minimum, Goal 4 of the Affordable Housing Steering Committee's report that was adopted in the spring of 2000 by City Council.
