Postmarks are accepted as evidence of timely payment; 2) web (see link below); 3) phone (see toll-free number below); or 4) 24-hour drop boxes at Police front desk (inside City Hall) and a drive-up drop box (NW corner of the building) at City Hall, 100 N. Fifth Ave.
