The consolidated call center routes City calls and requests associated with City Switchboard, Project Management, Solid Waste, Street Maintenance, Water Utilities, Traffic Control, Residential Parking, Treasury (payment processing for water and solid waste), and provides general information for walk-in customers. Also, responsible for water utility meter reading, installation, repair, and billing.
Calls and requests concerning traffic engineering, including signal timing, speed limits, sign installations, and traffic calming, are handled by the Project Management Unit.
