Water Utility Bill Payment Options
1. Sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer to automatically pay your water bill each quarter on its due date from your designated bank account. To set up this option, please call 734-994-2666 and have your bank routing number and bank account number ready.

**Please include bill stub with payment or list full account number on your check if the water bill stub is not available.
3. 24 Hour Drop boxes:
1. North side of City Hall Building (100 N. Fifth Ave.) – former location of drive up payment window
2. Inside City Hall – located by pay phones/ATM machine on the 1st floor
Payments can be put in either of the drop boxes 24 hours a day and will be processed the next business day.
4. In Person:

220 E. Huron St, Ste. 100(The City Center Bldg)
Located on the SW corner of the Fifth Ave. & Huron St. Intersection
Business Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Parking is available at City Hall (100 N. Fifth Ave.)
