The Project Management Unit is responsible for designing and constructing utility, roadway, and sidewalk projects; coordinating and inspecting the utility and public roadway work of developers; and optimizing traffic flow through the City.  Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our projects, or about utility locations and availability.  

Maintenance requests (potholes, water main breaks, traffic signal and streetlight outages, damaged traffic signs, etc.) are now handled by the Customer Service Center at 734-994-2818.  In case of emergency, please dial 911.
