 Street Condition Reporting Procedure 

 
 

If you would like to report a local (residential) street that you feel is in poor condition, please contact Nick Hutchinson by phone at (734) 997-1572, or by e-mail at: nhutchinson@a2gov.org

 

Please leave the following information:

  • Name of the Street
  • Limits (i.e. from First Street to Second Street)
  • Your address and contact information (in case we have any questions)
  • Any specific remarks or comments

 

The street will then be added to a list of streets to be further evaluated for inclusion in future Resurfacing Projects.  For more information on the process of how streets are added to the Resurfacing Program, click here.
