Opportunity

The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a creative proposal for the acquisition, through purchase or long-term lease, and redevelopment/reuse of a City-owned site located at 415 W. Washington, within the Downtown Development Authority District (parcel numbers 09-29-211-003, 017 and 018).

The successful proposal will make positive contributions to the neighborhood and the larger community by incorporating beneficial uses, publicly accessible greenway linkage, flood risk mitigation, environmental benefits, preservation of historic resources and a positive financial return. 

Proposal Deadline

Proposals are due no later than Thursday, April 24, 2008, 2:00 pm EDT.  Submittals must be delivered to 100 N. Fifth Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48104, 5th Floor.
