Permit application must be submitted with plans. PDF of Plans must be submitted with the plans either on a disk or e-mailed to Amoshier@a2gov.org

Bonfire Permit (pdf) Fee: $150.00

Fireworks Permit (pdf) Fee: $150.00 (may also require a tent permit)
Permit application is required to be filled out at the Fire Prevention Bureau.
