NOTICE: While Larcom City Hall is open to the public, applications must continue to be submitted electronically. Staff is available for questions and payment only.
Questions and/or concerns about the State’s actions to mitigate the spread of coronavirus shall be directed to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services COVID-19 Hotline at 888.535.6136 between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. daily.
