404 N Ashley is a 0.37 acre site, with an office building. The site is located in an established neighborhood with multiple family housing. The site is currently zoned D2, Downtown Interface District. In January 2024, City Council approved the sale of the site to the Ann Arbor Housing Development Corporation (AAHDC), a Michigan nonprofit whose sole member is the AAHC.
