IFB #AAHC-25-1 Lurie Terrace Elevator Modernization
The AAHC is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to select a firm to modernize the two elevators at the Lurie Terrace property located at 600 W. Huron, Ann Arbor, MI, 48103.
All proposals are due and must be delivered via email to Tom Pierce, Construction Project Manager, tpierce@a2gov.org on or before April 2, 2025, 3:00 P.M. (EST).
Waitlist
To apply to our waitlist, applicants can contact our office at 734.665.0695 to get a paper application to be placed on the waiting list. All households must have incomes below 80% of the Area Median Income to qualify for an apartment.
There are a limited number of apartments available that also have a rent subsidy for very low-income households.
