2025 Summer Camp

2025 summer camp registration will open Wednesday, April 2 at 8 a.m. Camp schedules for Argo, Buhr, Fuller and Gallup are available for viewing on the registration page.

2025 River Camps: Adventure Awaits on the Huron!

Our river camps at Argo and Gallup Canoe Liveries are licensed by the State of Michigan and led by experienced instructors who prioritize safety while maximizing outdoor fun and adventure. Kids will learn to explore and appreciate the natural world from the best seat in the house – a boat! Because the activities repeat throughout the summer, please register your child for one week only.

Gallup River Camp (Ages 8-11):

Explore the Huron River with boats and fishing for a week filled with learning, adventure, and fun! Experience perfect summer days kayaking, canoeing, paddle boating, rafting, tubing, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and playing in our wonderful river parks. Gallup campers will paddle boats up and down the river, learning new skills and enjoying the great outdoors. Argo River Camp (Ages 12-14):

Friends and fun on the coolest river around! Join us as we journey out each day, paddling boats down different sections of the beautiful Huron River. Our many explorations include kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, tubing, rafting, and fishing. Argo River Camp is based out of a cabin and pavilion at the Argo Livery. registration page

Buhr Pool Day Camp 2025

Campers ages 5-12 years old, will spend the day outdoors playing field, water and traditional camp games as well as sports activities and loads of crafts. Campers will be grouped by age and be paired with camp counselors they will spend their week with. Every day of camp will include active games, crafts, a snack and swimming time. Register online.

Buhr Park will not host camp the week of June 30-July 4. Check out other camp opportunities at Fuller Pool or Gallup River Camps for this week.

Fuller Park Day Camp – Outdoor Fun All Day Long!

At Fuller Park Day Camp, we spend the entire day outdoors, soaking up the sun and making unforgettable summer memories! Every day is packed with excitement, adventure, and plenty of time in the water.

Campers, ages 5-12, will splash in the pool, try log rolling, race down water slides, and even go on river rafting adventures. On land, they’ll have a blast jumping in the bounce house, playing classic camp games, enjoying sports, and creating cool crafts. Plus, every camper receives three days of basic swim instruction as part of camp! Campers are grouped by age and stay with the same dedicated counselors all week, building friendships and confidence in a supportive environment. Weekly themes guide activities, crafts, and games, with plenty of time in the pool every day.

Program and camp refund policies

Refund Schedule for Programs

Refunds for classes/programs/activities may be requested by email or in person at the facility where the class/program/activity is located 7 days prior to the start of the activity. Refunds on credit cards or in the form of a personal check are subject to a $10 administrative fee (per activity), deducted from the total refund. Refunds in the form of a personal check may take four to six weeks for processing. This General Class/Program/Activity Refund Policy does not apply to day camps and park rentals. The recreation supervisor reserves the right to grant exceptions to the stated policies in situations including, but not limited to, injury, illness and death of a family member.

Refund Schedule for Day Camps

46 days or more prior to the start of the day camp: 100% ($10 administration fee).

Within 30-45 days of start of the day camp: 50% ($10 administration fee)

Within 15-29 days of start of the day camp: 25% ($10 administration fee)

Within 14 days of start of the day camp: 0% ($0).
