• Available year around, fees: resident $50/hour; nonresident $60/hour, minimum 2-hour rental
• Windows overlooking the Huron River
• ​French Doors leading to private patio with additional tables and chairs
• Maximum: 40 people (indoors and outdoors)
• Kitchenette with sink, and small refrigerator
• ​Private ADA restroom
• 6’ x 2.5’ tables (Up to 7)
