Greenbrier Park

Overview

Greenbrier Park is a small 3.5 acre park in the northeast of Ann Arbor off of Frederick Drive and Green Brier Boulevard. View the Ann Arbor Parks and Nature Areas map for location context. The park offers a beautiful green space tucked between houses in the neighborhood. The park features a playground, plenty of benches and open grassy areas in between tall trees providing shade. Greenbrier is connected by a trail to Folksto​ne Park​, a small wooded nature area just south of the park.

Park Notices

Unless otherwise posted per City Council resolution, when a park is closed, no person shall remain in or enter it other than to quietly sit or walk.​

Access and Parking

The main entrance​ to the park is off of Frederick Drive. There is street parking along Frederick Drive and most of the nearby neighborhood streets.

The park is accessible on foot and bicycle by walking and riding along the neighborhood streets. There are sidewalks along Frederick and the surrounding streets. Nearby Green Road has bike lanes and a sidewalk. There are no bike racks in the park.

Greenbrier Park is connected to Folkstone Park​ on the south, and the park is a short walk from Windemere Park​, ​Glacier Highlands Park and Baxter Park.

Public Transportation

The nearest bus stop​​​ is on Green Roa​d and is about a 5-minute walk from the park. Visit TheRide for closest stops and route details or check out the parks ride guide.
