Las Vegas Park is a neighborhood park, just shy of two acres in size, located between Las Vegas Drive and Granada Avenue south of Stadium Boulevard in southwestern Ann Arbor. The park has a large grassy field, a play structure, a small half basketball court and an accessible paved path going through the park. There is some lighting near the basketball court. Next to the playground are some honeylocust trees providing shade, and within the park there are a variety of trees including London plane trees, red maples, littleleaf lindens and more.

Unless otherwise posted per City Council resolution, when a park is closed, no person shall remain in or enter it other than to quietly sit or walk.

The park is openly accessible on its western side along Las Vegas Drive and along its eastern side along Granada Avenue. Both of these streets have street parking.
The park is accessible by foot and bicycle using the surrounding neighborhood streets. The streets immediately surrounding the park have sidewalks. Stadium Boulevard, the nearest major large, has bike lanes and side walks. There are no bike racks at the park.
