Pilgrim Park

Overview

Pilgrim Park is a 1.5 acre neighborhood park located off Verle Avenue, just west of Platt Road in the southeast corner of the city. View the Ann Arbor Parks and Nature Areas map for location context.​​ An asphalt path, flanked by rows of tall honeylocust​ trees, leads into the park from Verle Avenue. The park contains a playground with a game court, a picnic area, a small grassy field area for pickup games, bike racks and a drinking fountain.

Park Notices

Unless otherwise posted per City Council resolution, when a park is closed, no person shall remain in or enter it other than to quietly sit or walk.​

Access and Parking

There is street parking on Verle Avenue​ at the park's one entrance.

The park is accessible by foot and bicycle using the neighborhood streets, which have sidewalks, and using Platt Road, which has bike lanes and sidewalks. There are two bike racks in the park.

Public Transportation

When reporting an issue in a park please include detailed location information in the "details and description" section near the end of the request process. Pictures that provide location context are very helpful.
