​Per the By-Laws of the HDC, staff and Commission members provide documentation and information about the activities of the Commission for the past year.

​​Preservation Awards

Each year, the Historic District Commission presents Historic Preservation Awards to property owners who have shown dedication to preservation by rehabilitating or maintaining their historic property.  ​Please note that there were no Preservation Awards granted from 2020-2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Michigan Historic Preservation Network Award

In 2003, the City of Ann Arbor was awarded the 2003 Government/Institution Award from MHPN for the Downtown Ann Arbor Historical Street Exhibit Program.​
