How to Read My Water Bill

Service Address

Home, unit, building or business address for which the bill was issued. 

Service Class

Describes the type of water service RES = Residential, COM = Commercial.

Account Number

Use the last six digits of the account number to access your account online and for reference when contacting Customer Service. 

Billing Period

Consumption Period of Bill – may or may not be same as Fixed Period for Bill.

Meter ID

Serial number of meter. 

Consumption 

Amount of water used during billing period.  Current Read minus Previous Read.

Due Dates

Bills paid by the Discounted Amount Due By date receive a discount. After that date the full amount is due.
