Overview
This project was designed to complete an Integrated Storm Water Level of Service and Rate Assessment linking capital improvement needs, financing and policy. Discussions will provide guidance for the consultant, Hawksley and Associates, to complete a comprehensive plan including information sufficient to support recommendations by June 2017 to the City Council regarding the city's storm water utility and rate modifications.
Stakeholders engaged in a dialogue regarding the capital and financial needs of the storm water system associated with alternative levels of service and the corresponding cost and rate implications of each alternative.
An Advisory Group was formed to guide city staff and the consultant with community representation and input.
