To start or stop water service, complete an online form​ or call 734.794.6333.  

Water bill payment options 

There are multiple options to pay your water bill online, via mail or in person. Visit customer service for payment options or to view assistance programs.  ​

Report a problem

To report low or no water pressure or a drinking water quality concern, please submit a service request via the A2 Fix It app or via the report a problem page

For sanitary sewer back-ups, possible sewage leaks (if you smell sewage for example), plugged storm drains​, or basement flooding please contact us by phone. During normal business hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., please call 734.794.6320. After hours, evenings, weekends and holidays, please call the Water Treatment Plant at​ 734.994.2840. ​
