Financial Feasibility Analysis & Development of City-Owned Properties as Affordable Housing
The Mayor and City Council directed the AAHC and Administrator to conduct a financial feasibility analysis of under used City-owned properties. This analysis looked at whether these properties are suitable for affordable housing to households at 60%, or less, of the Area Median Income (AMI). The analysis was presented at the November 18, 2019 City Council Meeting. The analysis was updated to include 415 W. Washington and 350 S. 5th Ave. An update was provided during a Council Work Session on June 14, 2021.
