Anonymous Hiring Practices

On March 18, 2024 The City Council approved Resolution to Implement Anonymous Hiring Initiative, R-24-092. This effort is established to reduce bias in the initial stages of job application by removing name, address, title, address, and other information that may bias the initial application review.

Transgender-inclusive Healthcare Benefits
