Disability and Accessibility

All Ann Arbor citizens should have access to City resources and amenities. The OOE houses an Accessibility Coordinator that works with employees, citizens, departments, and projects to make Ann Arbor more accessible to those with disabilities. Please see the page Accessibility & Title VI for more information.

The Office of Organizational Equity has created a downloadable guide of community resources that may assist.  Follow this link to view, download, and print the guide 4.2025 Updated Accessibility Resource Guide.

File an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) grievance form at this link ADA Grievance Form.
