Archived News Release: June 20, 2024 - ​A2ZERO, Ann Arbor's aggressive climate and sustainability plan and framework, just rounded out its fourth year and celebrated its fourth A2ZERO week, a seven-day series of events.

The city is helping residents prepare for winter weather, and the responsibilities that come with the ice and snow, with the launch of the 2024–25 A2 Snow Match program.

City of Ann Arbor municipal offices and the 15th District Court will be closed for the holidays on Tuesday, Dec. 24, and Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024 (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), as well as Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2024, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025 (New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day). Residential curbside collections will not take place on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024, or Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, with service being shifted by one day both weeks.

November 20, 2024 - ​There will be no trash, recycling or compost curbside collection services in the city of Ann Arbor on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024.
