The Purpose of the Parks Advisory Commission (PAC) is to recommend policies and advise on park development. PAC also provides a formal opportunity for public involvement regarding community park and recreation services, including park rules and regulations; park and recreation facility policies, fees, hours, and scheduling; annual operating budget; park land acquisitions; major new development projects; and capital improvement and acquisition funding. Non-land acquisition meetings are open to the public and public comment is welcome.

Proposals in response to the terminated RFP #743 - Development of the Library Lot
In March 2011, City Council voted to terminate the Library Lot RFP #743, which sought to develop a 1.2-acre lot owned by the City of Ann Arbor located at 319 S. Fifth Avenue with the downtown Development Authority. Proposals were submitted in response to the RFP and to varying extents considered open space. As such, the subcommittee is reviewing them from that perspective: Pre-Proposal Q&A, Proposals.
