RSS Feeds
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) service is a means by which the City offers feeds of City departmental data in XML format ("RSS Content") to visitors of a2gov.org. Information from or through an RSS feed is provided in "as-is: and "as available" formats. Any intermediate page or other alteration of content between the RSS link and the applicable a2gov.org webpage is prohibited. The City reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require a user to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason, including, without limitation, the user's violation of any provision of the City's Terms of Use or other applicable policies. The City assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or content of any data contained in this application or its provision to the public, for any of a user's activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for the use of the RSS feeds in connection with an individual or an entity's website or other web based applications.
Copy Restrictions
Unless stated to the contrary or a copyright is indicated, data/material provided by the City is in the public domain and may be copied and distributed without permission. The City assumes no legal liability for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any document or its contents. City and Department logos or other images representing the City or one of its departments, may not be copied, reproduced, or used except in their original form and context as part of a City document. Please contact the City's Communications Office if you have questions about a particular use or for information on how to obtain authorization for use. If a copyright is indicated on a photo, graphic, survey, map, drawing or other material, permission to copy these materials must be obtained from the original source. The City makes reasonable efforts to ensure 3rd party material is labeled clearly when material is subject to copyright. However the City cannot guarantee that there will be no errors. The City assumes no legal liability for and does not represent that the use of such material would not infringe on privately owned rights.
Changes to These Terms
The City reserves the right, at its complete discretion, to change these terms, conditions and use restrictions at any time by posting revised terms, conditions and use restrictions on the site. It is the user's responsibility to check periodically for any changes the City may make to these terms, conditions and use restrictions. Continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms, conditions and use restrictions means you accept the changes.
Linking Policy and Disclaimer of Endorsement
This internet site contains links to other sites created and maintained by other public and/or private organizations. The City only provides these links for your information and convenience. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the content and usefulness of information obtained from other sites. The City does not endorse, ensure the accuracy of, or vouch for the safety and privacy of any linked site. The City does not assume any responsibility for the content found on those other sites. When you select a link to an outside site, you are leaving the City site and are subject to the privacy and security policies of the owners/sponsors of the outside site. The immediate and fast moving nature of internet sites means that there may be links to sites that are changed or no longer functional.
