Community Input Sought for Police Chief Recruitment Efforts

Archived News Release: December 28, 2018 - The City of Ann Arbor's process to recruit and hire a new police chief is underway. The police chief position is currently vacant, with duties being fulfilled on an interim basis.

A primary component of the search and recruitment process is engaging with city residents, property owners, business owners, etc. so that everyone has a voice in identifying the best candidate to lead the Ann Arbor Police Department.
