Utility Inspection Fees: Engineering will charge all project-related services on an hourly basis in accordance with the fee schedule in effect at the time the service is provided. These services include, but are not limited to: construction engineering and project oversight, full-time inspection and utility testing; preparation and review of as-built mark-ups and field reports; travel time; and meetings during construction.

The current hourly rate for project engineer’s time is $158 per hour. The inspector’s regular hourly rate is $155 per hour, and the overtime rate is $226 per hour and the as-built time is $99 per hour. Bacteriological Tests are $30 per test.
